Special Rate for Conference Attendees

$209 per night

A special conference rate has been secured for IASIU attendees at the Rosen Shingle Creek. A link to the hotel booking site will be included in your conference confirmation email. Rooms are available to registered attendees only.

The IASIU special rate will be available through 11:59pm EST, Tuesday, September 1, 2026. After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply.

Registration Details

Taxes & Fees: Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees, currently 12.5%.

A valid conference registration is required to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block.
Group rate available three days pre and three days post event, based on hotel availability.
A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be processed at time of reservation.
No Resort fee will be charged.
Early departure fee of $50 will apply if reservation is changed after check-in.
Group rate available three (3) days pre and three (3) days post event, based on hotel’s availability.
Rooms in the conference block will include complimentary Wi-Fi in guestrooms and public areas.
A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be processed on your credit card at time of booking.
Rooms may be cancelled up to five days prior to check-in with no penalty. Reservations cancelled within less than five days arrival will be charged a non-refundable one night’s room and tax fee.
Check-in: 3:00pm | Check-out: 11:00am
Self-parking: $18/day (plus tax and subject to change without notice). Includes 50% discount on self-parking over dates of conference.
Valet parking: $48/day (plus tax and subject to change without notice).

Additional Information

15% discount at Shingle Creek Golf Club for individual tee times, exclusive of tax and based on availability.
15% discount at The Spa at Shingle Creek for all attendees, based on availability and exclusive of tax. Not applicable to spa packages.
$10 special one-time rate for use of the Fitness Center.
