2026 IASIU Annual Conference

1. Where can I find my IASIU member ID number?

2. What if I haven’t renewed my IASIU membership?
IASIU’s membership grace period ends March 31. Please ensure your membership is renewed prior to this date. Registrants without an active membership will have their registration converted to the non-member rate.

3. Can I get the member rate if I register to become a member?
Visit iasiu.org/page/membership and complete the sign-up process. Please allow up to 24 business hours (Monday–Friday) before registering for the conference at the member rate.

4. Can I bring a guest to the conference?
Guests may attend the Welcome Reception, Exhibitor Reception, and/or meals for a fee. Guests may be added during registration. Guests may not attend conference sessions.

5. Where can I find the hotel room block reservation link?
Hotel reservations in the IASIU room block are available to registered attendees only. A special link will be provided in your conference confirmation email.

6. Is a hotel room included with conference registration?
No. Conference registration does not include hotel accommodations.

7. What forms of payment are accepted?
IASIU accepts both credit card and check payments. If paying by check, payment must be received in full prior to the start of the conference.

8. Why am I being charged a processing fee?
Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. To avoid this fee, attendees may choose to pay by check. All registrations must be paid in full prior to the conference.

9. How can my company sponsor or exhibit?

10. Is there a dress code?
The dress code is business casual.

11. Can attendees earn continuing education credits?
CE credits will be awarded automatically post-conference. If credits do not appear in your IASIU member profile within 30 days, please contact iasiuinfo@iasiu.org .

12. Are transportation options provided?
Transportation is not provided. We recommend using your preferred rideshare service.

13. Is there a virtual option for the 2026 IASIU Annual Conference?
No. The 2026 IASIU Annual Conference is an in-person event only.
