Rooms at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa are $319.00* (plus taxes - currently 16.75%) per room single/double per night plus a $30 resort fee.

The web booking will show your room with all applicable taxes and below the combined rate is a 'View Rate Details' link for a complete breakdown.

A limited amount of upgraded rooms at negotiated additional rates are available on the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa website using the link below.

We also have a limited amount of rooms available 3 days pre and post at the hotels discretion.

A special discounted resort fee has been negotiated for attendees. The fee is $30* (plus tax) per room per day (normally $56+ tax).

One night’s room deposit is required at time of booking. 

We have negotiated parking rates of $45 per car including overnight for for valet parking and $29 per car per day for self parking.

To ensure you don't miss any of the event, plan to arrive by noon Thursday, Sept. 24 and depart Sunday, Sept. 27 onward - the morning after the Gala Dinner finale.

 

Hotel Cancellation and modification Policy

 

Room must be cancelled 7 days before arrival or forfeit feposit/1 night deposit required

For any cancellations or reservation modifications, please follow the below process:

 

-The number to contact will be 888-326-2427 for the group reservations department. They will be able to modify, book, and cancel reservations. 

-By calling the resort at 210-276-2500, the front desk department will be able to cancel and submit all reservation request and modifications via email and the guest will be contacted back via phone or email with an update.
