Sponsorship Opportunities

As of December 11, all sponsorships are filled for 2026 and sponsorship is  now closed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Upload logos in JPG/PNG and EPS formats to the form link in your sponsorship confirmation email by Friday, December 12, 2025.
  • Sponsorship payments must be paid in full by Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
  • Sponsors must be exhibitors at the 7F Annual Conference vendor fair on Monday, May 18, 2026 .
  • Sponsors will have booth registration priority. See booth registration schedule HERE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

INVOICE/RECEIPT

  • Your confirmation email includes a link to view your invoice/receipt.
