  • Reservation Process: Book your hotel reservation via the online link included in your conference registration confirmation email. The reservation link will only be accessible via your conference registration confirmation email.
  • The last day to reserve rooms at group rate: 5:00 PM hotel local time, Friday, April 24, 2026 or when group block is filled.
  • Hotel will honor group rate 3 days prior and 3 days following the conference dates, based on hotel availability.
  • If the group block is filled, a notice will be posted here.
  • Please contact planning.team@sv-events.net if you have any issues as we may be able to request additional rooms in the block for specific nights.

ATTENTION – HOUSING ALERT SCAM

If you receive a call or email from anyone stating they are the booking company for the hotel rooms and offer you a discounted room rate, this is a SCAM! They are either asking for payment in full or the first night’s room deposit. The 7F Annual Conference has a discounted room rate negotiated directly with the hotel by SV Events. No housing or booking companies are used.  Reservations can be made by using the online reservation link included in your conference registration confirmation email.

The Woodlands is located 25 minutes north of Houston and is served by two airports. Shuttle service to/from the hotels is not provided.
