  • Includes a maximum of ten representatives allowed in booth on Monday
  • Same booth reps included in Tuesday evening social event
  • Cost for company representatives who plan only to attend social event on Tuesday - $400 each

10'W x 8'D = Included in Platinum Single and Gold Single Booth Sponsorships

  • Includes a maximum of six representatives allowed in booth on Monday
  • Same booth reps included in Tuesday evening social event
  • Cost for company representatives who plan only to attend social event on Tuesday - $400 each

10'W x 8'D = Single Booth - $2,750

  • Booth fee includes two booth representatives on Monday
  • Additional booth representatives on Monday - $350 each
  • Maximum of six representatives allowed in booth on Monday
  • Same booth reps included in Tuesday evening social event
  • Cost for company representatives who plan only to attend social event on Tuesday - $400 each

ALL BOOTH SPACES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Carpeted booth space *
  • Pipe and drape booth space – black drape, 8′ high in back and 3′ high on sides
  • One 6′ x 30″ table **, white drape and black skirt
  • Two chairs
  • One waste basket
  • One sign

* The Towncenter Exhibition Hall is carpeted. Additional carpeting may be ordered through the Exhibitor Kit for an additional fee.

1:30 PM - 6:30 PM Vendor Fair in Towncenter Exhibit Hall - All Exhibit Booths Open
  2:00 PM - 2:45 PM Afternoon Break Served
  4:30 PM - 6:30 PM Reception with Open Bar and Hor d'oeuvres
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Exhibitors pack up and ship out
   
Tuesday, May 19  
4:00 PM - 6:30 PM Social evening with Exhibitors
 

EXHIBITOR POWER/TECHNOLOGY ORDERS

Power and AV are not included in the booth price. Power and AV are available through the hotel's AV company, Pinnacle Live.

Important Note:  The group will have dedicated Wi-Fi in all meeting spaces, including the vendor fair, to check email and use the conference app.

ATTENDEE LIST

  • Monday, May 15, 2026: One week prior to the conference – the User Attendee List with contact information the User consented to share will be emailed to all confirmed exhibitors.
  • Friday, May 29, 2026: One week after the conference – the final User Attendee List with contact information the User consented to share will be emailed to all confirmed exhibitors.
