Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada welcomes Canadian exporters to the Canada Pavilion at Foodex 2026.  The show will be held at Tokyo Big Sight, March 10 to 13 in Tokyo, Japan.
 
Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow the link on this page to complete your registration process.
 
Important note: We ask that exhibitors consider the possibility that using in-market staff, brokers, agents or temporary hires to participate in this event MAY be required, should there be changes to the entry requirments.
 
Payment Options
You can pay for your booth via cheque or e-payment. Details will be provided on your invoice.

 $10,000 - 9 sqm booth
 $ 1,500 - Corner Fee
 
 Non - Government
 
$ 5,200 - 9 sqm booth
$ 1,500 - Corner Fee
 
The all-inclusive participation fee includes these basic furnishings: company signage, Backlit front counter, one meeting table with two chairs, three shelves, two lights, wastebasket and basic electricity.
 

Pavilion exhibitors also have the option to expand, customize and enhance their booths with graphics, furnishings, refrigeration and other appliances and enhancements directly through the Canada Pavilion team, at an increased cost.

NOTE: REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO CANADIAN COMPANIES ONLY.
