Where will the conference be held?

Exchange 2026, Landis+Gyr’s annual user conference, will be held in Anaheim, CA at the Anaheim Marriott. 

How much does the hotel cost per night?  

Landis+Gyr has negotiated a rate of $259, plus tax and CA Tourism Fee, per night. These rates apply for 3 days prior to the event and 3 days after the event, based on hotel availability.

Does the hotel have high-speed internet access?  

Yes.  The Anaheim Marriott has in-room Wi-Fi available to hotel guests.  Marriott Bonvoy members receive complimentary in-room Internet access when they book direct.  Sign up for Marriott Bonvoy for free as you complete your Anaheim Marriott booking.  Guests can also sign up at the hotel front desk.  Exchange attendees will receive complimentary wireless internet access in the meeting space.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?  

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.  

How do I cancel my reservation at the hotel?  

To cancel your reservation, call the hotel directly at 877-622-3056. Your room reservation must be cancelled 3 days prior to your arrival date. Guaranteed reservations not cancelled 3 days prior will be charged one night’s room and tax.  

Is there a fee to park my car at the hotel?  

  • Valet Only: $48 Daily
  • For non-overnight guests: daily self-parking is $44, valet is $49. Tax extra; rates may change.
  • Self-parking:  $38 Daily

What airport should I fly in and out of?  

The closest airport to the Anaheim Marriott is John Wayne Airport-Orange County (SNA).  SNA is located approximately 14.1 Miles from the hotel. 

Other nearby airports include Long Beach (LGB) (13 miles), Ontario/San Bernardino (ONT) (26 miles), Los Angeles (LAX) (29.9 miles) and Burbank (BUR) (37.2 miles).

Does the hotel provide shuttle service?  

No, the hotel does not offer a shuttle service.  

When should I arrive at the conference?   

The official Exchange 2026 kickoff is on Monday, May 18, with a Welcome Reception at 4:30 PM. 

However, there are pre-event activities below in which you may want to participate:   

  • 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM: Pre-conference User Group Meetings  

What is the cost to register for Exchange 2026? 

The following registration fees apply:  

  • Early Bird Registration Fee: $1,495 
  • Regular Registration Fee: $1,695  
  • Onsite Registration Fee: $1,895
  • Early Bird Daily Pricing: $695 per day (includes access to all meals and activities)
  • Daily Pricing: $795 per day (includes access to all meals and activities) 
  • Onsite Daily Pricing: $895 per day (includes access to all meals and activities) 
  • Guest Pass – Adults only: $395 (includes access to evening events only) 
  • Group Discounts: With three paid registrations from the same company, a fourth registration is complimentary 

 

  • IMPORTANT: In order to receive the group discount automatically, one person needs to register all registrants using the “Add Person” option. When registering for the conference, attendees will be asked if you want to add an additional attendee before the payment page is presented. If you choose "Yes" then you will have the opportunity to add additional attendees. If four people from the same organization register at different times, the group discount still applies. What is included in my registration fee?  

The Exchange registration fee includes:  

  • Access to all general and breakout sessions
  • Networking events
  • The Expo, including Ask the Expert
  • All scheduled meals through the conference
  • A name badge is required for entrance to all events

How do I register a guest?

During the registration process, you will be asked if you would like to add additional attendees before the payment page is presented. Selecting yes on this screen will allow you to register an additional attendee or a Guest. To add a guest, select "Guest" and choose "Register Another" to enter the information for your guest. If you do not need to add a guest or additional attendee, please select "Complete Registration" to proceed to the payment page. All guests will require a personal Exchange Name Tag in order to attend the Welcome Reception, Splitsville Event, and Customer Appreciation Evening Events.

What is the refund policy?  

Should you need to cancel your registration on or prior to April 24, 2026, there will be a $250.00 non-refundable administration fee. After April 24, 2026, no refunds will be given. Your cancellation must be submitted to landisgyr@etherio.com.

What is the substitution policy?

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to landisgyr@etherio.com.

How do I pay for my conference registration?  

We accept all major credit cards. 

When will I receive my name badge?  

All name badges and welcome packets will be distributed onsite at the registration desk.  

What is the dress code?  

The dress code is business casual.  

What hours are the conference registration/information desk open?   

The registration/information desk will be open all hours Exchange is in session.
