Ready to make your BDC 2026 experience even better?

Register between January 12 and July 24, 2026, and you will automatically be entered into not just one, but five exciting prize drawings!

The earlier you register, the better your chances of winning a prize.

 

Winners will be chosen at random via an electronic process. Winners will be announced on NBDF’s social media platforms and notified by email.

 

Who Can Win
Consumers (18+), Healthcare Providers, Government/Non-Profit Employees, and Medical Students who have paid registration for BDC 2026 at the time of drawing.
 

Raffle Drawing Dates and Prizes

  • April 24 Drawing
    • One (1) winner of economy class, round-trip airfare to Orlando, Florida via Southwest Airlines, Delta, OR United Airlines for BDC 2026
  • May 1 Drawing
    • One (1) winner of four (4) nights of hotel accommodation at the Orlando World Center Marriott during BDC 2026
  • June 1 Drawing
    • One (1) winner of one (1) year Southwest Airlines A-List Status OR United Club Membership
  • July 1 Drawing
    • One (1) winner of a complimentary upgrade to a 1-Bedroom Suite, maximum of four (4) nights, at BDC 2026
  • July 27 Drawing
    • One (1) winner of round-trip, private-chauffeured, airport/hotel transfers for a maximum of three (3) people during BDC 2026
Who Is Ineligible to Participate
  • NBDF Staff, Board of Directors, NYLI Members, Volunteers, and Vendors and their immediate families and household members
  • Chapters, Industry/Non-Exhibitors, Exhibitors, and Exhibitor’s Vendors
  • Complimentary Registrations
  • Non-US attendees
Raffle and Prizes’ Terms and Conditions
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash equivalent
  • Must be 18 or older to participate
  • Must be a US resident
  • Air tickets are subject to availability and the airline’s blackout dates
  • Attendees can only win once
  • One (1) year Southwest Airlines A-List Status OR United Club Membership start date is August 11, 2026. Airlines’ terms and conditions apply.
