ABOUT THE
CONFERENCE

What will the next five years mean for the legal profession in New Zealand? What factors will influence the development of both the common law and statute law? How will scientific developments impact on the justice system?

Our Annual Conference is known for engaging members in new thinking around the law and the profession.  It is highly collegial with opportunities to network and gather at social events on both conference days.

Conference Overview:

Friday 10 September 2021, Day 1: Mihi whakatau, kai (morning tea), keynote address and formal sessions, followed by social drinks and nibbles at Trinity Wharf Hotel.

Saturday 11 September 2021, Day 2: conference sessions until lunchtime followed by optional activities in the afternoon and a formal dinner in the evening.

Partners are welcome to join in for the Friday social function, Saturday afternoon activities and the Saturday formal dinner.
