Although subject to change, ConferenceDirect has developed the following tentative agenda to help you plan your travel to and from Houston. All meetings will be held at the Hilton Americas-Houston unless otherwise noted.
PARTNERS: Partners can attend functions that are labeled ‘Partner’ and are included in their registration package. Many of the major brands host events on certain days for our Associates coordinated by your corporate office, if you are invited to attend one of these special events by your corporate office, partners are allowed to attend.

- We request that you stay within the time blocks outlined above to ensure Associates can participate fully in events they RSVP to.
- In early 2026, a list of venues available in the nearby vicinity of the Hilton will be shared with Partners. We strongly encourage Partners to host their events withing a 5-10 minute radius of the hotel to ensure convenience for all participants.
- Please share invitations with APM@conferencedirect.com so we are aware of Partner hosted events.
