Starting at $229 – space in the CETA room block is available to registered attendees only.
The CETA special rate will only be available through 5:00pm CST Tuesday, March 31, 2026. After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply. 
RESERVATION DETAILS:
  • Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at time of checkout
  • A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block
  • Group rate available three days pre and three days post event, based on hotel’s availability
  • A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be processed at time of reservation
  • Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled after this time will be charged one night's room and tax, or the deposit will be forfeited
  • Name changes may be made before arrival
  • Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check out time: 11:00 am
  • Complimentary internet in sleeping rooms
  • No resort fee
  • Complimentary access to the Sheraton Fitness Center
Additional Information:
  • $7.00 discounted self-parking for attendees based on the prevailing daily rate of $30 (subject to change without notice) at hotel-operated garage
  • Valet parking for attendees is $55/per day (subject to change without notice)

There are several scam organizations trying to sell discounted hotel rooms or conference attendee lists.  These companies look authentic and may use the organization or conference logo.  They are not affiliated or endorsed by CETA, Capitol Hill Management Services or The Sheraton Dallas Hotel. CETA will never sell your information to a third party.
