Cancellation Policies 
EXHIBITORS
Full refunds, minus a $100 administrative charge, will be given if a written cancellation is received by March 1, 2026; full refund minus $200 administrative charge, will be given if a written cancellation is received by April 1, 2026; no refunds will be given after April 1, 2026. Notice of cancellation must be emailed to info@cetainternational.org. Substitutions for a registrant are allowable up to 14 days (April 3, 2026) prior to the first day of the conference. No-shows will not receive a refund.
