FUNDRAISING DEADLINES
- Friday, March 27 at 9:00am MT- Totals pulled from the national leaderboard to identify the 10 Fundraising Team who will have an Olympian skiing with them on Saturday.
- Saturday, March 28 at 8:00am MT- Deadline to reach your individual fundraising minimum to earn & receive your lift ticket.
- Saturday, March 28 at 1:30pm MT- The fundraising totals for the 5 Individual top fundraisers and the 5 top fundraising teams will be pulled from the national leaderboard for recognition at the Après Ski Reception.
FRIDAY, March 27th
Packet Pickup and Meet & Greet | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Big Dipper 227 Main Street (top of Main Street in Downtown Park City, in the Star Hotel)
Kick off the Opening Weekend with some social time to mix and mingle with fellow Shredders! Pick up your event day packet, including your bib and lift ticket. Our host venue, Big Dipper, will be closed to the public for our private event. All Shredders and guests are welcome, even the kiddos. Appetizers provided + Cash bar available.
SATURDAY, March 28
Shred Headquarters | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Lobby of Snow Park Lodge
Our LLS staff will be stationed in the lobby of the lodge at the base of the mountain available to answer any questions throughout the day. If you’re not able to pick up your packet on Friday, you can grab it from here on Saturday morning.
VIP Breakfast | 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM Invitation Only
St. Regis, Mountain Terrace
Earn your invitation to an exclusive celebration for our top fundraisers! It will be a grand breakfast buffet on the terrace overlooking the slopes. We'll have a short program with special guest speakers you won't want to miss. Learn more here.
Chair Lifts Open | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Participants are welcome to hit the slopes as soon as the lifts open! We do recommend starting early to have time to complete all on-mountain challenges (see below).
On-Mountain Challenges | 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Throughout the day, all participants are invited to join in on some friendly competition! While optional, these challenges are designed to be fun – and maybe just a little tricky – varying from a simple selfie on a ski lift to getting timed on the racecourse!
During packet pickup, your team will receive a pocket map with info for event day – including the list of challenges and how to participate. Make sure to read the list carefully as a few of the challenges require a team effort!
IMPORTANT: Photo evidence of your race course finish time must be submitted to be considered the winner.
And don’t forget - Our top 10 fundraising teams will have the privilege of completing challenges with the help of an Olympian!
Rejuvenation Station | 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Silver Lake Lodge (mid-mountain)
Stop in for a quick ski break and warm up with fellow LLS fundraisers in a private snack and lounge area.
Après Ski Reception | 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Snow Park Lodge, 2nd Floor Clock Room
Open to all fundraising participants. Join us after you’ve finished skiing for the day for a delicious buffet meal, awards and recognition, and mission celebration.

PARKING: Deer Valley Resort offers complimentary parking in the lot at Snow Park Lodge base area. Complimentary Deer Vally tram picks up at each lot and takes you to and from Snow Park Lodge.
