Daily Pass Includes:

Daily passes are available for April 22, 23 and 24. If you wish to attend two days of Convention, you must purchase a Full Convention Pass. Daily passes include:

  • Wednesday daily pass includes: afternoon workshops, Senior's Care Expo and evening Keynote. Does not include pre-Convention Education.
  • Thursday daily pass includes: breakfast, lunch, breaks, workshops, plenary and Seniors' Care Expo. Does not include banquet.
  • Friday daily pass includes breakfast, breaks, workshops, and farewell lunch.

Daily passes do not include the Thursday evening Banquet or the Social Mixer Suite. Some of these may be purchased as add-ons at registration checkout.

Terms & Conditions

 

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to March 20, 2026 (the “Cancellation Date”). An administration fee will apply in respect of any cancellation regardless of the status of payment. Registrants who fail to attend the program or cancel after the Cancellation Date shall be liable for the full fee. There is no charge for delegate substitutions.  
   
Privacy Statement  
Registration information is collected to: (i) process registrations and payments for education events, (ii) correspond with registered delegates, (iii) notify participants about other AdvantAge Ontario programs and services, and (iv) publish delegate lists for event participants. Badge Policy  
All events require a badge to attend. Badges are non-transferable and cannot be shared. 
 
Badge Scanning Notice  
Please note that when scanned by an exhibitor, the bar code on your badge allows the exhibitor to collect your contact details which they will use to contact you for the purposes of event follow-up and to send you marketing information about their products and services. If you do not wish to share your contact information with the exhibitor for these purposes, please do not give the exhibitor permission to scan your badge. 
  
Video/Photo Consent Policy
Components of this event might be filmed or otherwise recorded. When you enter this event, you may be in areas that may be recorded through audio, video or photograph technology. By entering the event premises, you consent to the recording, display, release, publication, exhibition or reproduction of your image and anything spoken by you to be used by AdvantAge Ontario on a royalty-free basis in perpetuity for news, Web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on Web sites, or any other purposes as Advantage Ontario may decide, in its sole discretion. You release AdvantAge Ontario and its respective directors, affiliates, employees and representatives, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with such filming. You hereby provide your consent and release for such uses on a fully informed basis.
  
No Suitcasing   
In order to protect our valued sponsors and exhibitors and the investment they have made in participating at the AdvantAge Ontario Convention, Advantage Ontario strictly prohibits solicitation, or suitcasing by attendees or non-attendees who are at an AdvantAge Ontario Convention and do not have exhibit booths or are not sponsors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “suitcasing” is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or hotel property. Any person  observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other areas, or in another company’s booth, will be asked to leave immediately. 
 
Distribution of Materials
Distribution of flyers, notes, pamphlets or brochures at an Advantage Ontario hosted meeting or event or in any session of such a meeting or event without written consent is forbidden. Meeting or event exhibitors are allowed to distribute material within their purchased booth space.  Delegate substitution is permitted, but sharing a registration is not permitted.  Sharing of badges is strictly prohibited.

Professional Development and Event Code of Conduct
AdvantAge Ontario has a Professional Development and Event Code of Conduct to which all attendees must adhere. All Convention attendees are expected to familiarize themselves with this code of conduct and act in accordance throughout the event. Download a copy by clicking here
