If you are a customer traveling more than 50 miles from the event location, Connection will cover your hotel stay for the dates of this event. If you are traveling more than 100 miles, flight expenses for this event will be covered. In certain cases, additional approval may be required. Airfare covered is for the event dates only; should you choose to arrive earlier or stay longer you will be responsible for your own travel and accommodations. Certain exceptions may apply and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Hotel stays are covered for Wednesday and Thursday evenings only.
