Participant Requirement: Middle school students (6th-8th)

Cost: $60 per person

Animation Meets Engineering

Make stories comes to life as students are tasked with animating their characters.

 

Access to Makershop Facilities

Utilizing the facilties at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, students have access to a variety of tools to create their characters.

Instructed by an ASU Mechanical Engineering Professor, also a graduate from the world's top engineering programs.

Meet the Instructor


Ivy Chang is currently an ASU professor in the School of Engineering of Matter, Transport, and Energy (SEMTE). She obtained her Bachelors from MIT and Ph.D. from Georgia Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Her passion and experience in STEM outreach spans over 10 years, awarded numerous grants for her work involved in Engineering related educational programs, ranging in domestic to internationally recognized programs.
