Please note that Thursday tours/tutorials are NOT included in any of these registration packages. To attend a tour/tutorial on Thursday, you must register and pay the additional cost.

Official letters of invitation for visa applications will be available to REGISTERED and PAID participants only. These letters do not and cannot commit the Organizing Committee to any financial obligation. Upon successful completion of your online registration and after having made full payment, please contact Shelby Bruffett to request your visa invitation letter.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to Sharon Loe by October 5, 2025. Cancellations made by this date will receive a full refund.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 5, 2025. However, registration transfers are permitted, allowing you to change the name on the registration.
