REGISTRATION FEES

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.


Full registration
The full registration fee covers admission to all educational sessions, including the Welcome Reception, exhibition and posters, co-developed sessions, and all scheduled meals in the program (unless otherwise indicated).

***Proof of status is needed for full-time students, trainees and residents. Student registration will not be considered complete until proof of status has been received. To qualify for the student rate, you must submit a copy of your student card, a transcript, or a letter from your supervisor or Dean. You will be asked to upload this documentation during the registration process.

Day registration

Day registration fees entitle a delegate to attend all activities for that day. When registering online, be sure to specify which day you’ll attend.

Recorded sessions

A course bundle of all 11 identified recorded sessions in the program is available for purchase during the registration process for a discounted fee of $75 for members and $99.50 for non-members

The recorded sessions can also be purchased after the conference through Pedagogy, the Canadian Paediatric Society’s learning portal, for a fee of $129 for members and $199 for non-members.

The recordings will be available until December 31, 2026.

Note: Closed captioning is available for all modules in the course bundle.


Accompanying guests
The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Plenary, Welcome Reception, and the exhibition hall. Note: The accompanying guest registration fee does not include conference programming or co-developed sessions. The fees listed below only apply to accompanying guests who are not physicians. Only delegates who register for the full conference are entitled to register an accompanying spouse or other family member as their guest. Guests are not eligible to earn continuing medical education credits and must be over 18 years of age.
