Submit An Education Session

WERC is looking for both thought leaders and sponsored sessions for this event.

Thought-Leader Session:

• Must be led by a Practitioner
• Cannot contain sales/commercialism
• Topics should be timely and relevant (case study, include actual outcomes, present from the operations perspective)
• There is no cost to submit a Thought-Leader Session

Sponsorship of an Education Session 

Exhibitors of the 2025 TexasWarehousing Conference are invited to sponsor an educational session. These sessions should be conversational and engaging, with an interactive approach. Each session will be one hour long, with 15 minutes for audience questions and discussion. You select the topic and speakers from within your organization and among your customers. Sessions are encouraged to be educational, and client project case studies are preferred.  Cost: $500 plus booth space (Limit 1 per company). Due upon notification of acceptance. 

All sessions are reviewed and approved by the Chapter Committee. Once approved, your session will be scheduled, and the information will be added to the Show website.

What information do I need to submit a proposal?

• Company Name
• Company Description
• Speaker/s Name:
• Speaker/s Bio:
• Working Session Title
• Session Description (150 words max)
• Three (3) specific, actionable objectives or participant takeaways (max 25 words each)
• Logos or photos you would like to share
