Cabins and rates

Royal Caribbean International has set aside a limited number of Junior Suite (J3), Ocean View (2N), Ocean View Balcony (4D) and Interior with Virtual Balcony (4U) cabins for the West Coast cruise. 

Each cabin features:

• Voom Surf & Stream; giving a new meaning to connected staterooms

• 24-hour room service; indulge your midnight cravings

• Daily cleaning service; sweet dreams are on the horizon

• Daily stateroom attendant; a helping hand when you need it most

• Television, telephone, private bath, shower, vanity and a hair-dryer

• In-room safe for valuables

After December 19, 2025: The $500 deposit becomes nonrefundable. Between December 30, 2025 and February 20, 2026: Partial refunds are available for reserved cabins.

Please note:

• Prices listed are per person, based on double occupancy.
• A $500 deposit is required during the registration process to reserve your cabin. Please have your credit card information ready.
• Each cabin includes two twin beds that can be joined together to form a king-sized bed. For registration purposes, cabins are limited to two people. 
• The Quantum of the Seas does offer a limited number of cabins that can accommodate three or four guests. If you're interested in these options, please contact the Fraternal Department at fraternal@modern-woodmen.org or 800-322-9805 to check availability.

What's not included?

Modern Woodmen Travels West Coast cruise attendees are responsible for:

• Transportation to and from Los Angeles and the Port of Los Angeles, including baggage (if flying) and parking charges (if driving)

• Pre- and post-cruise hotel accommodations

• Additional, optional gratuities that you may wish to provide cruise staff

• Optional meals at specialty restaurants aboard the Quantum of the Seas

• Alcoholic beverages

• Tours, excursions and activities aboard ship or at cruise ports not specifically mentioned in above trip package
