Air2Sea – Airfare Booking through Royal Caribbean

If you'd like assistance booking flights for your cruise, you can use Air2Sea, Royal Caribbean’s dedicated air booking program. This service allows you to arrange your airfare directly through Royal Caribbean for added convenience and coordination.

Important: Since this is a group sailing, flights must be booked by phone—online booking is not available for group reservations. To confirm your airfare and make payment at the time of booking, please contact Air2Sea at (844) 278-9745.

Booking through Air2Sea is optional. You’re welcome to book your flights independently if you prefer.

Booking & Canceling Shore Excursions
Booking:

  • Book excursions in advance via MyRoyal Cruise (after reserving your cruise and making a payment), or onboard at the Shore Excursion desk.
  • Need help? Contact Royal Caribbean for MyRoyal Cruise Planning Assistance.

Canceling:

  • Most excursions can be changed or canceled up to 48 hours before port arrival.
  • Tours with flights, hotels, or special events must be canceled 30 days before sailing to avoid penalties.
  • Cancel pre-cruise via MyRoyal Cruise or by phone. Onboard, visit the Shore Excursion desk or Guest Relations.

Can I book my own excursion?
Yes—but do your research! Royal Caribbean tours are guaranteed to return you to the ship. If a non-Royal Caribbean tour runs late, the ship will not wait.

Tip: Popular excursions can sell out—book early if you have your eye on something!
