About the Speakers

Kathleen Woodard, CFP
Senior Vice President, Personal & Small Business Banking

Kathleen is an executive at CIBC who in her 25-year tenure at the bank, has held progressively more senior positions across the business. From providing meaningful advice to clients as a Financial Advisor early in her career, to later stepping into various executive roles in Retail Banking, Kathleen and her teams have impacted the bank’s strategy and performance. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree of Music from Indiana University, a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Washington, and also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) as well as Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) designations. Kathleen is also the Co-Executive Sponsor for the Women’s Network at CIBC and is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion.


Cecilia Xiao, CFP, CFA
Senior Financial Advisor, Imperial Service

Cecilia was born and raised in mainland China and came to Canada in 2011. She is a graduate of Queens University with a Masters degree in International Business and holds her CFA charter and her CFP designation. She has been a highly successful Financial Advisor with CIBC since 2016 and is an active member of our Woman’s Network.


Carissa Lucreziano, CFP
Vice President, Financial Planning & Advice

Carissa Lucreziano is the Managing Director, Financial Planning and Advice for CIBC Wealth Management and Commercial Banking. In her role, she leads a team of experts committed to helping clients create a financial plan that reflects their unique priorities and achieve the goals they have set for themselves, their family and future. The team specializes in intergenerational wealth transfer, charitable giving, tax, estate, retirement and business transition planning. Carissa joined CIBC in 2002 and has held various positions, including educating and supporting advisors with CIBC Asset Management and leading national strategic initiatives at CIBC Imperial Service. Carissa holds the Certified Financial Planner designation.
 


Jennifer Hubbard, CFA, MBA
Senior Vice President, Purpose and Team Engagement

Jennifer leads a cross-functional team of inspired professionals focused on embedding CIBC’s client-focused purpose into our culture in an effort to accelerate the bank’s progress on becoming the relationship-oriented bank for a modern world. Jennifer began her career in the financial services industry more than 25 years ago in asset management, and has since enjoyed a range of experiences with many of her roles centered around serving and advising clients. Whether it be through leading one of CIBC’s largest Regions, their Client Contact Centres  or working with CIBC’s high net worth clients, Jennifer is committed to empowering  clients with the information and advice they need to make informed financial decisions. Jennifer is a CFA Charterholder, and earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, and MBA from York University. Jennifer lives in Toronto with her husband and two wonderful children.
