TRADE SHOW

The Annual Meeting Trade Show is located in the exhibit area on the second floor of the Galt House and space is offered to our 2024 Trade Show exhibitors first. If you are interested in being a part of the Trade Show should space become available, please contact Matthew Ingram at Matthew.Ingram@kyfb.com to be placed on the wait list.

Exhibitor booths are available in 8' x 10' with draped back and side rails. Each booth is furnished with one draped 8' table and two chairs. Double booth spaces are available on request and at an additional cost at time of registration. Early registration at the discounted rate ends Friday, October 24, 2025. General registration ends at 11:59 PM ET, Friday, November 7, 2025.

Thursday, December 4 | 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Setup: Wednesday, December 3 | 3:00 - 7:00 PM or Thursday prior to 8:00 AM
