On behalf of the 2025 IGFOA Conference Committee, we are excited to welcome you to the official conference website. This site is designed to help you navigate your conference experience over the next few months. We will continue to update it as more information becomes available.

New Enhancements & Technology Tools

We’re thrilled to introduce new enhancements to this year’s schedule and look forward to unveiling additional technology tools onsite to keep you informed and connected throughout the program. In addition, we’re pleased to present our new interactive Exhibitor Floorplan.   

Moving Forward: Going Digital

In our ongoing effort to enhance sustainability and accessibility, IGFOA will be fully transitioning to the conference app. This means we will no longer be printing a paper program. The app will serve as your go-to resource for schedules, session details, speaker information, and real-time updates.

Tuesday Evening Event – New Format!

Join us for a fun game of cornhole during the closing reception, benefiting the Ruth Limpers Scholarship. Select your partner as you compete for the IGFOA Cornhole Champ! A facilitated activity where teams of two (each player requiring a pre-registration) compete for the “title”. Games will be single-elimination as winners compete and win each bracket. The event will include an open bar and fun food choices. The fee to participate is $25 and pre-registration is required.

Registration Cancellation Policy
 

  • For an IGFOA Annual Conference registration, cancellations received by Monday, September 1, 2025 will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be given for no shows or cancellations after Monday, September 1, 2025
  • A substitute attendee may be designated provided that the payment has been made and the IGFOA office has been notified in advance.
  • A written request for a refund must be emailed to the IGFOA prior to the event.
  • Completing your registration confirms your agreement with the Registration and Cancellation Policy.

IGFOA reserves the right to modify the agenda and/or speakers, cancel the training due to low enrollment, or to close registration if full.
