What to Expect

At Bright Morning, all of the work we do is guided by our core values of community, connection, and creativity. The Art of Coaching Conference is no exception.

As our signature annual event, this conference is where our organization's values come to life over the course of a multi-day transformative learning experience in a spectacular natural setting.

Participants can expect to be inspired by dynamic keynote speakers, challenged and engaged in a variety of expertly-led learning sessions, rejuvenated by extracurricular activities and the rugged coastal atmosphere, and reconnected - to themselves, to their work, and to a broad and diverse community united by a desire to build a more just and equitable world.

This year our conference theme is equity. Participants will be able to select from a wide variety of learning sessions and opportunities centered around leading and coaching for equity.
