Transforming Systems, Centering Students Through Deeper Leading & Learning
September 28, 2025 / 1 - 2 p.m.
Cost: Included with Summit tuition. Pre-registration required. Session presented by leadership Team from Ulster BOCES.
As New York enters a bold new chapter in education, this session invites participants into an active, hopeful conversation about how we lead through uncertainty by designing forward, not cutting back. With political tensions and fiscal constraints looming, the NY Inspires Framework offers a statewide invitation: to co-create an education system rooted in equity, belonging, and the lived brilliance of our students. In this session we will share tools and strategies for leveraging the NY Inspires Playbook--a statewide prototype build around four essential shifts -- to support tranformational change grounded in community voice, equity and student agency.
