Innovative. Inspiring. Self-Assured. Hardworking. These are the characteristics that describe 2025's “class” of Vision Monday’s Most Influential Women in Optical. Our roster of industry-nominated women come from all walks of optical life—retailing, wholesaling, product design, manufacturing, distribution and vision care. These talented women are shaping the direction of the companies and organizations they work for, and, in many cases, lead. They join hundreds of women in prior years who have been recognized by Vision Monday for their work and contributions. In 2025, Vision Monday and the industry will once again shine a spotlight on the extraordinary accomplishments of optical’s Most Influential Women during Vision Expo West in Las Vegas that will celebrate their inspiring stories of success. The special program, marking the 23rd year of VM's Most Influential Women in Optical will recognize the accomplishments of 2025’s MIW honorees whose achievements span an exclusive and unique group of Rising Stars, Innovators, Mentors, Executive Suite execs and those who go Above and Beyond. The program will celebrate their connection to each other, whether early in their careers or at the top of their game. Be a part of the celebration as we salute this amazing group of women.
