All conference sessions will take place at The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) and The Westin Cape Town.

Please be sure to use this special link to book. The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) is where the Plenary Sessions and Gala Event will take place.

 

The Westin Cape Town is where all ancillary sessions, pop-up shops and registration will take place and where all of the shuttles will depart from for off-site events.

Please do not use a third party provider (ex: Booking.com) for your reservation as IWF cannot guarantee the same amenities as those who book in the IWF block.

 

Cape Town International Airport (CPT): is just 11.81 miles/19 km away, approximately 25 minutes, but please consider it can also take up to 45 minutes in heavy traffic conditions.

 

Airport Transfers:  IWF members are offered special pricing with AVIS for chauffeur driven airport pickups and returns.  The conference registration confirmation email you receive will include the link for booking and a discount code. Airport Transfer from Cape Town International Airport to The Westin @ R 1,175 (US$ 65) in a Mercedes 220D.
