Standard Booth Package: 

 

  • One 10'x10' display area with side curtains and backdrop
  • One draped 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket
  • Attendee Registration $595 per person (two included per paid booth)
  • Booth Fees & Attendees must be paid in advance when registering
  • Order booth carpet, additional Furnishings, Electrical, etc. from Freeman.
  • Meals included: Monday - Opening Reception, Tuesday - Lunch & Reception, Wednesday - Breakfast

 

Setup Schedule:  Monday, March 2nd 2020 - 12:00pm - 6:00pm & Tuesday, March 3rd 2020 - 8:00am - 11:30am

Tradeshow Open: Tuesday, March 3rd from 12:00pm - 6:00pm & Wednesday, March 4th from 8:30am - 11:30am

If you plan to use an EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor)

You must  notify us of the company information and

provide a Certificate of Liability for your EAC.

Security:

Security will be on duty in the exhibit hall during non-show - meeting hours.

You'll need your badge to access the exhibit hall.

 

Door Prizes: 

If you plan to give away a door prize, please collect the entries at your

booth and draw a winner. Bring the winner's name and prize description to the

Johnstone Booth for announcing and posting either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Please fill out the Door Prize Form and return to Rachel Hammer.

 

Show Specials:

Discuss product and pricing strategy with your Johnstone Product Manager.

Johnstone owners receive advance notice of "Show Specials".

EXHIBITOR FEES & POLICIES

 

BOOTH FEES

Booth fees vary based on size & include registration for 2 attendees

 

Additional Attendee Fees: 

Register by Feb 14th - $595 per Person

Feb 15th - 22nd  - $650 per Person

 

Website will be closed on February 21st at midnight. 

All Registrations submitted after February 21st deadline must register onsite.  

 

Register Onsite - $700 per Person

Payment will be due at time of registration, payable via check or credit card (4% fee applies).
