Exhibitor Kit

Viper Tradeshow Services Exhibitor Kit can be found here.

  • A standard booth is 8' x 10' in a carpeted hall. Each one comes with 8' red back drape, 3' red side drape, (1) 6' white skirted table, (2) folding chairs, (1) wastebasket, and (1) black and white 6" x 24" ID sign.
  • Electrical & Internet order forms can be found on page 22 of the Exhibit Kit with instructions on how to order from Encore Services.

Exhibitor Hours

  • Monday, 10/27: Exhibitor set up and registration | 10:00 pm - 4:00 pm 
  • Tuesday, 10/28: Tradeshow in the Exhibit Hall | 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday, 10/28: Exhibitor move out  | 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

We highly recommend shipping your items through Viper. If you ship your booth directly to the Grand Hyatt, there is a chance that they will route it directly to Viper which could cost you twice as much in handling fees.

Additional Shipping Information

If you only need to ship one or two boxes of collateral for your booth, the FedEx Office Business Center

has provided us with detailed shipping instructions as well as a list of handling charges.

  REMINDER: All Large Exhibits should not be shipped to the hotel.  They should go through Viper Tradeshow Services.
