How do I register for the conference?

What is the price to register as an attendee?

• Early-bird registration: $49 (ends August 1)
• Registration: $99 (August 2 - November 1) 
• Onsite registration: $149 (November 2-4)

What is the price to register as an industry representative?

If your company is exhibiting, a certain number of registrations are included in your package. Check with your events manager for your company's discount code to use during your registration process to avoid additional costs. For industry representatives that are not affiliated with an exhibiting company, registration is $2,500 and includes meals, receptions, and the ability to attend sessions.

How can I get support to attend from my employer?

To support your case to attend the conference, we've created this support memo. We encourage you to bring it to your manager to gain approval. A downloadable template is included at the end of the memo - just add your and your manager's names before printing.

What if I can't afford the costs to travel to the conference?

While the registration fee is nominal and includes all education sessions, meals, and networking receptions, we understand that the cost of traveling can be a challenge for some.

The BCoD Conference Scholarship Fund provides scholarships for BCoD members to attend BCoD's Annual Conference. Applications for consideration must be received by July 11, 2025. Resources are limited and we ask that those who apply have explored alternative opportunities for funding assistance. Learn more and apply here. 

Accommodations

How can I book a hotel room?

You can book a room in our discounted room block at Loews Atlanta. You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the conference that will provide the link to make your hotel reservation.

Is there a deadline for booking the hotel room?

Yes, the room block cutoff date is October 3. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability as we’ve secured great rates for our attendees. Our room block historically sells out!

Travel

What is the nearest airport to the conference location?

The nearest airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), 13 miles from Loews Atlanta. 

Is there transportation provided from the airport to the hotel?

No. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available. Attendees can take the Marta public transportation system to/from the Midtown station for $2.50 each way (It’s easy – take the gold or red line from the airport straight to the Midtown stop).

What are the parking options at the hotel?

Loews Atlanta offers Valet Parking for $55/night +tax and Self-Parking for $40/night +tax.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is business casual. We recommend bringing layers as conference centers can be chilly.

What is the weather like in Atlanta in early November?

Average high: 60°F (16°C), Average low: 40°F (4°C).

What should I bring to the conference?

Bring your conference confirmation, photo ID, business cards for networking, and any materials needed for your sessions. 

Conference Agenda and Sessions

Is there a mobile app for the conference?

Yes, a mobile conference app will help you plan your schedule and connect with other attendees. App availability will open to registrants a couple of weeks before the conference so you can build your agenda and make connections.

You can sign up for sessions through our conference mobile app, which will be available closer to the conference. Information will be sent to registered attendees.
