The reservation deadline is prior to 24 October 2025. Rooms are available at the conference rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations made after 24 October 2025 will be accepted on a space-available basis and may not be at the conference rate. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Any reservation cancelled after 24 October 2025 or no-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify the conference organisers at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
