The great wealth transfer from boomers to millennials

What structuring opportunities are left? This panel will provide a global perspective. 

If families can organise so the patriarch/wealth owner is in one jurisdiction and the children etc. in another there are still great opportunities. Examples include:

•  Inbound trusts for families in US, Canada, Australia and to a lesser extent UK, Switzerland, Italy, Greece.

•  Where the settlors might be located (e.g. tax haven locations like Monaco, Caymans or Bahamas), Israeli foreign residents trusts, UAE settlors, Malta, Cyprus, possibly Italy/Greece, Hong Kong/Singapore and even in some situations China.
