Welcome to the AISA Conference

03 - 05 October 2025

Join us at the 2025 AISA Conference in Kigali, Rwanda from 3 to 5 October, where, under the theme of Ubumwe: Our Collective Strength, Our Shared Future, school leaders, educators, co-professionals, and associates will come together to share their rich and varied experiences, ideas, and expertise to build their skills, their professional network, and the AISA community.

Throughout the conference, international consultants and experts from our international schools will provide opportunities to explore innovations in teaching, learning and leading that are transforming schools and their communities. The conference's objective is to create an inspiring professional learning event that celebrates the collective strength of the AISA community and where delegates work towards a shared future that transforms student learning in international schools across the continent.

The professional learning, discovery workshops, exhibitions and social events will reinforce the sense of community for which AISA conferences are renowned.

AISA schools registering 10 delegates or more will receive a 10% discount on the total group registration cost.

We have designed deep learning experiences in our Pre-Conference Workshops, Deep Dives, and Institutes and opportunities to explore something new in our Discovery Workshops. The AISA Conference will also include exciting networking opportunities at the Associate Members' exhibition, coffee breaks, cocktails, and the Gala Dinner.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-conference workshops provide an immersive, full-day learning experience for educators seeking in-depth skill development, hands-on practice, and collaborative learning.

Deep Dive Sessions

Deep Dive Workshops offer an intensive four-hour exploration of key topics, allowing participants to gain deeper insights, refine their practice, and engage in extended discussion with peers from other AISA schools.

Discovery Workshops

Discovery Workshops are dynamic, 90-minute sessions designed to spark new ideas, introduce innovative approaches, and provide practical strategies that educators can immediately apply in their contexts.

AISA Connects

AISA Connects is a dedicated hour for informal learning, wellbeing activities, and community building—providing a space for educators to recharge, reflect, and engage with colleagues in a relaxed setting.
