AISA Connects is more than just workshops; it’s your chance to build meaningful connections beyond formal sessions. AISA Connects offers a relaxed setting where you can meet peers who share similar roles across other AISA schools. It’s an opportunity to unwind during a well-being session, share stories, and enjoy some light-hearted fun together. Everyone is welcome to join these sessions, but please remember to select your preferred options in advance.

In this practical wellbeing workshop, participants will be introduced to Emotion Aid®, a simple, evidence-informed method for managing stress and emotional overwhelm in real time. Using five clear steps, this approach helps regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience. Through guided practice and reflection, participants will learn how to apply these techniques for themselves and how to support others in times of emotional intensity. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, breathe, and reset.
