General Information

Code of Conduct:

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Facebook and other online media. CDX 2025 is a business event and appropriate behavior is required (e.g., responsible alcohol consumption). Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Attire

Business casual attire is suggested for all day-time functions at CDX 2025. Meeting room temperatures vary – consider bringing a wrap, sweater, or clothing with sleeves.

Evening Event Attire and Activity Attire will be communicated as we get closer to the event dates.

Weather

Las Vegas Average Temperatures in July: Average daily highs around 105°F (41°C) and average lows around 81°F (27°C). 

Food and Beverage

All planned meals will be hosted beginning with dinner on Tuesday, July 29 through breakfast on Friday, August 1. You will have the opportunity to communicate any special dietary needs during the registration process.

Guest Policy

Guests are not invited to attend the meeting.

Mobile App:

Download the CDX 2025 event mobile app for the most up to date information on the event, speakers, agenda, attendees, and more. An email with a link will be sent to all registered attendees when it becomes available approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Please note: CDX 2025 is a paperless event. No printed agendas will be available onsite. Thank you for supporting our sustainability initiatives.

Prior to arriving at CDX 2025, you will receive an SMS text message from Brianna, our Chat Bot. We encourage you to engage with Brianna to receive customized messages (Table assignments for dinner, activity reminders, etc.) and as your personal concierge to answer any questions you might have about the event. The Chat Bot will be available approximately one week prior to the event.
