Join us for a lively discussion with a panel of Villanova Law alumni as they explore the impact that mentoring had on their careers and the role each generation plays in shaping these relationships. Can Baby Boomers effectively mentor Millennials? Can Gen Z teach Gen X a thing or two? And how do generational stereotypes influence perceptions of capability in today’s workplace?

Our panel will also explore the differences between being an advocate, mentor and sponsor along with the benefits of each type of supportive relationship.
