Please note, this category is dedicated for spouses, family members, etc., not for experts of the field, the category neither contains access to the Congress and Symposium sessions, nor the scientific materials. 

To serve the convenience of exhibitor staff, we offer special reduced registration fee for those who are NOT congress participants, but would like to have admission to the exhibition area and join the official meals and social events of 16th WPTC and 18th ISHS. The exhibitor registration fee does not include participation in the technical sessions of the congress. These participants should register in the online database of the conference and inform the organizers, in order to assign the reduced fee for them at least 2 weeks before the congress.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations must be submitted in writing to the WPTC Event Management Team. A $50 processing fee will be retained for cancelations. No refunds will be issued after March 31, 2026. Please submit your cancelation request to WPTC@executivevents.com.
