  • Career Development & Planning: Learn effective career planning strategies for female physicians, focusing on goal setting, career advancement, and seeking mentorship
  • Leadership & Allyship: Explore the roles of female leaders in medicine and develop skills to foster allyship, advocate for equity, support women’s advancement, and lead initiatives addressing systemic barriers
  • Health & Well-Being: Assess the impact of gender-specific health issues and workplace challenges on female physicians' well-being, while learning strategies for self-care, resilience, and creating supportive environments.
