Hotel Reservation & Payment
Booking a hotel room is seperate from conference registration and cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel.
Credit Card Guarantee
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation, but it will not be charged at the time of booking. The guarantor is responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees, if a charge applies.
Payment at Check-In
The card used for payment must be present at check-in. If a third party is paying, a credit card authorization form is required. Please call the hotel directly at 336-668-4535 and ask for Sales to arrange your payment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge for one night's stay including taxes and fees, with no refunds.
