TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Arrival Time (in Punta Cana, DR)
Plan to arrive at the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) on Monday, December 1 by 4:00 pm. Travel time from the airport to the resort is approximately 35 minutes depending on traffic. There is an optional orientation session on Monday, December 1, at 5:00 pm, followed by an informal Welcome Reception and dinner at leisure. The orientation will be repeated on Tuesday morning, December 2, at 8:00 am. We highly recommend that you arrange your flight as far in advance as possible.

Ground Transfers
Round-trip transportation on December 1 and December 7 will be provided between the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Live Aqua Punta Cana. In order to better serve you, we request your flight information to arrange your shuttle transfer. To reserve your seat, please provide your flight details on our registration site which will open on June 1 and close on October 31, 2025. An email will be sent to your email address on file with a registration link the first week of June.

Note: For flight information received after October 31, there may be a wait time for the next available shuttle. If you choose to arrive after December 1 or depart before December 7, additional ground transportation fees will apply.

Departure Time (from Live Aqua Punta Cana)
The last sessions for the Year-end Vacation and The World Is Your Stage workshop will be on Saturday, December 6, and there will be an optional Bye-Bye Breakfast on Sunday, December 7, between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. You are free to schedule your return flight on Sunday at your convenience.

Travel Documents
U.S. citizens visiting Dominican Republic must have a valid passport. We recommend that passports and other documents accepted for entry be valid a minimum of 6 months from your arrival day. For more information regarding passport requirements, U.S. citizens can visit the National Passport Information Center or call 1-877-487-2778. Foreign nationals should contact their respective government to obtain details regarding current passport requirements.

It is your responsibility to determine and fulfill the passport and visa requirements applicable to your travel situation. We encourage you to obtain details regarding current passport requirements.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Cash/Currency
The official currency of the Dominican Republic is the Peso. As of June 2, 2025, 1 U.S. Dollar is equal to 58.86 Dominican Pesos. The U.S. Dollar is widely accepted in the resort areas of Punta Cana. The resort accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Note: Discover is not accepted in the Dominican Republic.

Climate and Attire
In December, the temperature in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic averages 85°F (29°C) during the day to 72°F (22°C) at night. Dress in course and workshop sessions is casual and comfortable. We recommend a light jacket or sweater for evenings and air-conditioned places. For dinner attire, most restaurants are resort casual. One restaurant requires long pants for men. The resort requests no bathing suits in the lobby or dining rooms.

Electricity
Local voltage is between 110- and 120-volts AC and plugs are identical to the U.S. standard. Most European appliances use 220 volts and require both a converter and plug adapter.

Phone Service & Internet
Please check with your cell phone service provider to see if your service plan extends to the Dominican Republic. Additional roaming charges may apply. Wireless high-speed internet access is complimentary in each guest room, in public areas throughout the property and meeting rooms.

Time Zone
Punta Cana is on Atlantic Standard time. They do not observe Daylight Savings Time.

Tuition Inclusions
All Landmark course and workshop sessions, activities, hotel accommodations for six nights (December 1 – 7, 2025), all-inclusive meals and beverages, room service, unlimited use of fitness facilities and programs, wireless high-speed internet, taxes and gratuities, transfers between Punta Cana International Airport and the hotel on December 1 and December 7, and a variety of daily activities provided by the hotel.

Tours, Spa and Golf
A number of exclusive group tours will be offered. The details of these tours and golf will be available in our final trip mailing which will be mailed to you early November. Indulge and invigorate your senses in the spa. Landmark guests will receive a 20% discount on select spa services. Discounts do not apply to product purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts/coupons.
