When you registered for Team In Training, you committed to raising lifesaving funds in return for your participation in the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. Your commitment response will let your Team In Training staff know your decision to complete or drop from the season. If you choose to continue the season, you are pledging to LLS to meet your fundraising commitment and participate in your event. For more information, click here.
Fundraising amounts vary depending on the program benefits selected. If you would like to change your fundraising commitment benefits and corresponding amount, you may do so in the commitment form. Please note, requests to change Fundraising Commitment Levels are subject to availability. Below are details on the fundraising options available for this event.

For the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, your personal Team In Training fundraising account must contain, at a minimum, the fundraising commitment amount you selected and confirmed when signing the Fundraising Commitment Agreement, by 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, January 12, 2026. In the event your fundraising commitment amount has not been reached by this time, the credit card you securely provide during commitment will be charged for the difference between what you have raised and the fundraising commitment amount you agreed to raise.

If you are unable to commit, there will be a decline link in the invitation email for you to click on. This will let us know you'll be discontinuing your participation this season and will save you from receiving reminder emails and calls in the future regarding this event.
If you need to secure your race entry through Team In Training: After you submit the Team In Training commitment and event details form, within one week you will be sent an email with instructions and a link to officially obtain your race entry. Please refer to the Commitment tab for all deadlines.
You may request a distance change by emailing TNTRunWalk@lls.org. We cannot guarantee we will be able to honor the change request but are happy to do so if we have the requested bib available. Please note that changing your race distances MAY also require a change in your fundraising level.
Teammates who commit to a fundraising level that includes “half cost” of a hotel stay will have two options:
Teammates who commit to a fundraising level that covers the whole cost of the room will not be charged for their hotel stay (with the exception of possible occupancy fees, see below).
Guests in rooms are permitted as long as total occupancy does not exceed the hotel property’s limit.
Additional fees may be charged for rooms with high occupancy.
For rooms booked by Team In Training for teammates who are fundraising for hotel stay: All rooms are reserved under each teammate's name. To check into your room you will just need to provide your name and photo ID to the front desk. Just as they would for a reservation you made yourself, the hotel will also require your personal credit card to keep on file for incidental charges (room service, parking, etc.).
The dinner will be served buffet style. Below is what is most commonly served at the Team Rally & Dinner. There may be slight variations at your event.
We will be providing a shuttle leaving from and returning to Port Orleans Riverside (the team hotel). All teammates may board these complimentary shuttles.
For those not staying at Port Orleans Riverside, your options are: 1) park for free at Port Orleans Riverside and utilize the shuttles, 2) being dropped off by rideshares like Uber or Lyft (at your own expense), 3) utilizing Disney’s transportation (such as the monorail or busses), or 4) there MAY be an option to drive in and park at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, but that will depend on construction status at the time and will be communicated as we get closer to event weekend.
After you submit, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your selections and a copy of the Fundraising Commitment Agreement that you signed. We recommend you save this email to refer back to as needed.
You will have until the dates listed below to make changes to your selections. After the deadline, the system will lock and will be unable to accept changes as LLS will be finalizing reservations with vendors. No refunds will be issued for purchased items after these deadlines.
