20 exhibitors may select to participate in the Exhibitor Safety Showcase. This unique opportunity will allow a presentation to be conducted in the general session room in front of our full delegation to let delegates know why they should come visit your booth.
 

Exhibitors participating will have a maximum of 3-minutes to present and this time will be strictly upheld. We recommend that if you select to participate, your presenter is well rehearsed and has a slide show containing mainly visuals to compliment their remarks.

Alternatively, a video may be submitted. Videos will ensure that your full message is presented in the 3-minute time frame.

• 10' x 8' booths | $650.00 CAD | 27 throughout exhibition
• 16' x 8 booth | $1,300.00 CAD | 1 at exhibition entrance
• 20' x 10' booths | $1,300.00 CAD | 2 in Halifax ballroom

We encourage exhibitors looking for a double booth to select from the larger booths we are offering. We reserve the right to restrict exhibitors to a single location to ensure a fair selection process. 

Exhibitors must register 1 exhibition staff with their booth and will have access to register up to 4. The first 2 exhibition staff will be significantly discounted. For a full breakdown of rates, please see our registration fees page.

Should you require direct access to the loading dock, your time must be scheduled with advance notice.
