HOTEL RESERVATIONS
USMEF does not make hotel reservations; reservations should be made directly with the Omni. All reservations must be made by Friday, April 25, or before the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Reservations made after this date or after the room block is full will be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing rate. You are encouraged to make your reservation early.

Room Rate: $219 + taxes

Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your meeting registration.

• Self-Parking is available at the city-operated garage adjacent to the hotel. The garage entrance is one block north of the hotel on 11th Street between Houston and Throckmorton.

Attire for the conference is business casual (no ties). Please note that meeting rooms are often cool to cold, so you may wish to include a jacket or sweater.
