This fee is for family members who wish to attend the meal functions only (breakfasts, lunch and welcome reception). This fee is not intended for business associates or colleagues.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
All registration cancellations must be emailed in writing. Cancellations received by May 14 are refunded less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds are made for cancellations received after May 14. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same organization are accepted.
MEETING CANCELLATION
In the event the meeting is cancelled by USMEF, registration fees will be fully refunded. Expenses incurred for travel or other related charges are not reimbursable by USMEF.
