Special Rates For Conference Attendees

Starting at $199 - space in the IASIU room block is available to register attendees only. A special link will be provided in your conference confirmation email.

The IASIU special rate will only be available through Thursday, July 31, 2025. After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply.

 

Registration Details

• Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees, currently 16.52% plus $2.00 destination fee

• A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block

• Group rate available three days pre and three days post event, based on hotel’s availability

• Marriott BonVoy points available to BonVoy members

• A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be processed at time of reservation

• Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hrs prior to check in. Reservations cancelled after this time will be charged one night room and tax or deposit will be forfeited

• Name changes may be made prior to arrival

• Check in time: 4:00pm. Check out time: 11:00am

• Self-parking for attendees is $33/per day (subject to change without notice)

• Valet parking for attendees is $48/per day (subject to change without notice)

Resort Fees

$28 plus applicable taxes/per night, includes:

• Bottles water (2) replenished once daily with housekeeping services

• Daily credit of up to $10 per room towards dry cleaning (credit is not cumulative through stay)

• Access to Arapahoe Springs Water Park

• Live Music

• Use of scheduled shuttle service to/from the 61st and Pena commuter rail stop

• Complimentary use of hotel bicycles

• Daily fitness class offerings

• Complimentary use of the basketball and tennis courts

Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies or services other than IASIU, Capitol Hill Management Services or the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center that imply or claim an affiliation with IASIU’s 2025 Annual Conference. 

There are several scam organizations trying to sell discounted hotel rooms or conference attendee lists.  These companies look authentic and may use the organization or conference logo.  They are not affiliated or endorsed by IASIU, Capitol Hill Management Services or The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.  IASIU will never sell your information to a third party.

Hotel reservations made through any other agency will be at your own risk.  If you are contacted by a housing company attempting to sell hotel rooms, or conference attendee lists, please notify Show Management at iasiuinfo@iasiu.org.
