1. Where can I find my IASIU member ID number?

2. What if I haven’t renewed my IASIU membership for 2025?
IASIU’s membership grace period ends March 31st. Please ensure you renew your membership prior to this date as anyone registered as a member without a current membership will have their registration changed to a non-member rate.

3. Can I get the member rate if I register to become a member of IASIU?
To become a member of IASIU, please visit https://www.iasiu.org/page/membership and complete the membership sign up process. You will then be able to register for the conference at the membership price. Please allow up to 24hrs (M-F) between membership sign up and conference registration

4. Can I bring a guest to the conference?
Guest may attend the Welcome Reception, Exhibitor Reception and/or participate in meals for a fee. Guests may be added during the registration process. Guest may not attend the conference sessions

5. Where can I find the link to make a reservation in the IASIU hotel room block?
Reservations in the IASIU room block are available to register attendees only. A special link will be provided in your conference confirmation email.

6. Is a hotel room included in my conference registration fee?
No, registration does not cover hotel accommodations.

7. What forms of payment do you accept for conference registration?
Both check and credit card are accepted forms of payment for the IASIU conference. If paying with check, you must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.

8. Why am I being charged a processing fee?
All payments made with credit card are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee. To avoid this fee, you may opt to pay via check.All attendees must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.

9. How can my company sponsor/exhibit at the IASIU Conference?
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or exhibitor of the conference, please visit the Sponsor/Exhibit page for additional information.

10. Is there a dress code?
Dress code is business casual.

11. Can attendees earn continuing education credits or certifications by attending?
CE credits will be awarded to all conference attendees automatically post conference. If you do not see the credit notated within your IASIU member profile 30 days post conference, please reach out to iasiuinfo@iasiu.org

12. Are there any transportation options provided or recommended for getting to the venue?
Transportation is not provided to/from the hotel. We recommend using your favorite ride share service to travel around Denver.

13. Is there a virtual option for the 2025 IASIU Annual Conference?
No, the 2025 IASIU Annual Conference is in person event only.

Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies or services other than IASIU, Capitol Hill Management Services or the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center that imply or claim an affiliation with IASIU’s 2025 Annual Conference. IASIU will not disclose an Attendee’s personal data to any other third party without your consent except where required to do so by law.
