Join us for lunch and dessert at The Cake Bake Shop. Founded in Indiana, owner Gwendolyn Rogers and her shop have been recognized in the following:
- Listed as Food Network's 'Guilty Pleasures',
- Named by the December 2019 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine as one of Oprah's Favorite Things 2019 for her blueberry and maple walnut crumb cakes
- Gwendolyn’s Mint Chocolate Chip Cake was also chosen by Oprah Winfrey featured on her famous ‘O’ List in the April 2018 edition of O, The Oprah Magazine.
- Her cakes were featured on the Rachael Ray Show with Adam Glassman and Gayle King.
We will be dining at Rogers’ second Indiana site, located in Carmel City Center. Hundreds of Swarovski crystals glisten on so many chandeliers, including a massive shower of light over the bar, which is separated from the dining area by a gold-sequined rope. Behind grand French doors, the bakery area serves several different flavors of Cake Bake's towering, signature layer cakes, including gluten-free options, plus pies, macarons and other desserts.

Few rules, lots of options. Play in big or small groups in Back 9’s decked out golf bays. Tee up for some fun, featuring state-of-the-art Inrange technology and tons of friendly competition in our bays that can accommodate up to eight players! This experience is great for guests and Goodwill leaders alike! Join your colleagues for an afternoon or gamified golf driving.

Join us for a docent-led tour of Indianapolis Museum of Art’s Work in Progress: Conversations about American Art, followed by exploring the numerous galleries, grounds, and The Cafe at Newfields at your own pace.
You might like getting up close to masterpieces by artists like Rembrandt, Turner, Cezanne, Picasso, O’Keeffe, Hopper, Calder, Lichtenstein, LeWitt and Sherman. You may also be curious to see what is considered the most comprehensive collection of neo-impressionist paintings in North America. Or you might linger near major works of abstract expressionism, minimalism, pop art, light- and video-based works, and contemporary design. You can even decide to tour the planet, viewing galleries of art from Asia, ancient Greece, South America and beyond. Anywhere you start is the perfect starting point.

Come pour with us and discover the magic of custom fragrances! At Penn & Beech, the in-store experience is one of a kind, just like the custom scents tailored to your unique liking. During this outing, you will select a vessel and fragrance, and then blend and pour your own candle.
While your creations cure, shop and enjoy lunch on your own at The Garage Food Hall and explore Indy’s Bottleworks District. People come to The Garage to get fed by the best the region has to offer: entrepreneurs who push boundaries, shape tastes and put Indianapolis on the culinary map. Take a pitstop at the newly renovated Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum before heading to Indy’s Night Out at the Dallara IndyCar Factory.
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is one of the oldest and most revered motorsports facilities in the world. Since its construction in 1909, this famous 2.5-mile racetrack has become a national historic landmark and a legend in the world of auto racing. At the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, the mission is to celebrate and preserve the history behind the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Indianapolis 500.

Join Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana (Indianapolis) for dinner, music, dancing and and a race to impact at Speedway, Indiana’s very own Dallara IndyCar Factory. Located just a third of a mile from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway and about 5 miles from downtown Indianapolis, the factory offers a glimpse into the rich history of Dallara Racing in connection with IndyCar. At Dallara, it's not just about hosting events; it's about creating experiences. Try one of the racing simulators, take a journey through Dallara Racing history or dance the night away!

During this three-hour class, you'll learn the art and science behind macarons, including some of the best tips and tricks for success. We'll cover how to make the cookie shells as well as some of our most popular filling flavors. Plus, you get to take home all of the macarons you make.
Each class includes an intermission while the macarons rest, allowing time to explore vibrant Massachusetts Avenue and grab a bite to eat from a local favorite. (Suggested places within walking distance include: Bru Burger, Tavern at the Point, The Rathskeller and Garden Table).
