The application period will begin at 10:00 a.m. ET, on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 and close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. All applicants will be notified of their final status for the Certified Farm Market Tour by email by Thursday, April 17, 2025. If you have been accepted for the tour, you will be asked to log back into the online system and provide necessary information to complete your registration and provide payment.

►KFB Certified Farm Market participants receive up to two discounted registrations for the tour, a $100.00 savings per person.

Below is a list of information needed to complete the ONLINE APPLICATION which opens at 10:00 a.m. ET, on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

Please note that you will sign up for one applicant at a time. The application confirmation will be sent to the applicant's email address. The applicant may provide an alternate email address for the confirmation to be emailed to a county Farm Bureau representative (such as the county secretary).

The non-refundable registration fee includes bus transportation, flights, other planned group activities, hotel rooms (room and tax only), group meals, and snacks. Please note the details stated in the “Terms & Conditions” here. All registration fees are final and non-refundable after Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Payment may be made by Credit Card or by Check (to be mailed to Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation) the same day as instructed on your registration confirmation.
